Start with the event rhythm

A guest count alone does not describe demand. Place units near activity, not in the middle of it

Include guests with mobility needs

An accessible unit needs a usable approach and maneuvering area, not just an accessible symbol. Keep the route firm and unobstructed, account for slopes and temporary flooring, and review the layout with the venue or property representative.
